% 08.01.2016 IA No. 24633/2015 (under Order IX Rule 13 (1) CPC, filed by the plaintiff seeking return of documents) Plaintiff by way of the instant application seeks return of documents filed by him, by inter alia stating that the present matter has already been disposed off by the Hon'ble Court vide its order dated 29/01/2015 and these documents are no longer required to be kept on the court record. Report of the Registry was called for and as per the report, the documents sought to be returned by way of the present IA, were filed by the plaintiff himself during the pendency of the suit.

Accordingly, this IA is allowed and it is ordered that the documents, as mentioned in the present IA be returned to the plaintiff subject to filing of certified copies thereof, if not filed earlier. The plaintiff would appear before the AR (Original) on 15th January, 2016 at 3:00 PM for the said purpose.

This IA stands disposed off accordingly.
