Petitioner Delhi Tennis Ball Cricket Association impugns the notice dated 06.01.2020, whereby, election has been declared for the Tennis Ball Cricket Federation of India.

the petitioner and since the petitioner association has already been expelled, petitioner has no locus standi to challenge the election. 4.
