O R D E R

% 18.02.2020 By way of the present petition, petitioner seeks extension of parole on the ground that he has to approach Ghaziabad Development Authority for release of his compensation and for that purpose his personal appearance would be required.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that daughter of the petitioner is about to get married. It is further submitted that on the last date of hearing, Mr. V.K. Tandon, General Secretary of respondent no. 2 Tirupati Township Plot Holders Association (Regd.), which is represented by 344 plot holders, had appeared in Court and had given his no objection to the extension of parole so that the plot holders could be given their money in accordance with MOU dated 10.02.2020.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that a Co-

ordinate Bench of this Court has granted interim suspension of sentence on the same grounds.

In these facts and circumstances, parole of the petitioner is extended for a period of four weeks from today on the same terms and conditions as per order dated 13.09.2019.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.

A copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent. Dasti.
