Present application seeks early hearing of the main petition which is now scheduled for 25.05.2026.

The next date had been given for the reason that on the last date there was no appearance from the side of petitioners. 3.

Learned Standing counsel (Crl.) for State appears on advance notice along with SI Sunit Sharma, PS Jagatpuri.

Keeping in mind the urgency cited in the application and the facts and circumstances of the case, the date is pre-poned and the substantive petition has been taken up, today itself. The application (CRL. M.A. 10304/2026) stands disposed of accordingly.

Next date i.e. 25.05.2026 stands cancelled.

It is apprised that the petitioners, who are major, have married each other on 12.11.2025 as per the Sikh rites and rituals in Gurudwara, Punjab, out of their own consent and free will.

them with adequate security as they apprehend some threat from family of petitioner No.1.

During course of the arguments, learned counsel for petitioners submit that they would no press for any other relief, if the respondent/State shares with them the mobile number of the concerned SHO, a lady SI and a Beat Constable of the area.

Learned Standing counsel (Crl.) for State submits that these numbers would be shared with the learned counsel for petitioners, during the course of day on his mobile number and it would also be ensured that the Beat Constable also visits their premises, at least, twice a week. 10.

In view of the abovesaid arrangement, learned counsel for petitioners does not seek for any further relief.
