This is an application under Section 5 of Limitation Act, 1963 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for condonation of delay in filing the instant Revision Petition. 2.

Having perused the reply and rejoinder filed to the instant application alongwith the contents therein, this Court finds that there are sufficient and cogent reasons to condone the delay of 246 days in filing the instant Revision Petition. Therefore, the delay of 246 days in filing the instant Revision Petiton is hereby condoned.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
