% 03.09.2015 perusal of order dated 15th September, shows that adjournment was prayed on the ground that parties were negotiating for some amicable settlement. Accordingly, it was ordered that matter need not be listed again unless the revival application is moved by either side. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that plaintiff has taken back the file from him long ago, inasmuch as, stopped giving instructions in this matter. Accordingly, suit is disposed of with liberty to the parties to get it revived. .
