Mr. Manish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the grievances of the petitioner have been satisfied by a Circular, issued by Small Industries Development Bank of India, dated 06.12.2024. A copy of the said Circular has been handed up in Court, and is taken on record.

In view of the above, Mr. Kumar submits that he has been instructed to withdraw this writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
