Set aside impugned Judgment dated IMPUGNED JUDGEMENT DATED 18.12.2024 & ORDER DATED 18.12.2024 PASSED BY SHRI PURSHOTAM PATHAK, ASJ-05, SOUTH DISTRICT, SAKET COURT, NEW DELHI IN CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. CA/165/2023;

CASE TITLE AS SANJEEV DUBEY VS. DINESH YADAV.

b. Hold guilty to the respondent and convict the respondent u/s 138 of NI ACT and direct the respondent to pay Rs.6,40,000/- as compensation to the revisionist and also award two years simple Imprisonment to the respondent; or Pass any other order which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper according to facts and circumstances of the present matter, in the interest of justice."
