1. The Petitioner is aggrieved by his „premature‟ repatriation from the National Disaster Response Force („NDRF‟) to his parent cadre in the Indo Tibetan Border Police („ITBP‟) where he is presently serving as Inspector.
2. Having heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Court is not persuaded to interfere.
3. Counsel for the Petitioner then states that the Petitioner‟s son is in the 12th class and that his sudden repatriation will cause great inconvenience. In the event of the Petitioner being issued any movement order by the ITBP it will be open to the Petitioner to make a representation specific to this issue till the exams of 12th class are over he may not be moved from the ITBP
Directorate.
4. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. The pending application is also disposed of.
