% 13.03.2019 Learned counsel for the parties have agreed that the matter may be referred to an independent arbitrator without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties and keeping all contentions raised by the respective parties open.

It is also agreed that the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator Mr.I.J.Kapoor be terminated.

Accordingly, by the consent of the parties, Mr.Justice G.P.Mittal (Retd.) (Mobile No.: 9910384619) is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties. The arbitration shall take place under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre, New Delhi. All issues and submissions are kept open for adjudication.
