% 28.02.2020 Petitioner is aggrieved of the order dated 13th December, 2019 passed by the competent authority vide which his application seeking parole for filing Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court has been rejected. Petitioner is undergoing life sentence in FIR No. 116/2010, registered at police station Dabri, Delhi for committing offence under Sections 302/201/34 IPC. Vide this petition, petitioner is seeking parole of one month to file Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In terms of last order, status report dated 19th February, 2020 as well as nominal roll of even date, have been placed on record. W.P.(CRL) 434/2020

Learned Additional Standing Counsel points out that as per nominal roll, petitioner is on furlough from 24th February, 2020 to 16th March, 2020.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition while seeking liberty to file fresh one, if need be.
