This petition has been filed by the petitioners inter-alia praying for the disposal of the application under Section 24 and 26 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') filed by the petitioners, within a period of three months. 2.
This Court by an order dated 26.02.2019 had requested the learned Judge, Family Court, to expedite the hearing and endeavour to decide the pending application of the petitioners under Section 24 of the Act within three months from the receipt of the copy of the order. 3.
I have gone through the various order sheets of the learned Family Court and I find that the application is not being considered by the learned
Family Court in the right earnest.

In view of the above, learned Family Court is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioners under Section 24 of the Act positively within a period of three months from the receipt of the copy of this order. 5.
The parties shall render full cooperation in such adjudication. It is further made clear that no unnecessary adjournment shall be granted to either party.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the next date of hearing is fixed as 03.03.2020. The said date is preponed and parties are directed to appear before the learned Family Court on 25.02.2020 for further proceedings.
