The applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 80109297/2025, dated 17.11.2025, registered under Sections 303(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at P.S. Karol Bagh (e-Police Station), Crime Branch Central District, Delhi. 2.

Pursuant to the order dated 30.03.2026, Mr. Tarang Srivastava, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, has handed over a status report, which is taken on record.

After some arguments, Ms. Mishika Chaudhary, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application, without prejudice to the right of the applicant to apply for bail afresh before the Sessions Court at the appropriate stage. 4.

The bail application, alongwith the pending application, is thus dismissed as withdrawn.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties in any future application are left open.
