% 16.05.2018 Present suit has been filed for permanent injunction restraining infringement of trademarks, infringement of copyright, misrepresentation, passing off, unfair competition, dilution and damages and delivery up etc. Today, learned counsel for defendant states that the details of the supplier M/s. Rajesh Store is as under:- Rajesh Trading Company, Jhajjar Road, Rohtak -124001, Ghani Pura, Near Railway Crossing Phone Number: +91 9996112821, +91 9034522212 He further states that the defendant has no objection if the present suit is decreed in accordance with prayers (a), (b) and (c) of the plaint. He also states that the defendant shall pay costs of Rs.50,000/- to the plaintiff within

a period of four weeks.

In view of the aforesaid statements/undertakings, learned counsel for plaintiff does not wish to press the present suit any further. The statements/undertakings given by the learned counsel for defendant are accepted by this Court and defendant is held bound by the same.

Consequently, the present suit is decreed in accordance with prayers (a), (b) and (c) of the plaint as well as the statements/undertakings given by the learned counsel for defendant. Registry is directed to prepare a decree sheet accordingly.

Registry is also directed to issue to an authorised representative of the plaintiff a certificate authorizing it to receive back from the Collector full amount of the Court fee paid by them in the present suit.
