on basis of three Cyber Crime complaints registered in different States namely Karnataka, Punjab and Gujarat.
3.
Admittedly, the disputed amounts in the complaints are Rs. 2000/-, Rs. 5000/- and Rs. 2000/-, respectively and the petitioner is 5th/6th layer beneficiary in the transaction details. 4.
Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No.5, on instructions states that account of the petitioner's account may be defreezed except for the lien of Rs. 9,000/-.
5.
I am of the view that placing of a lien/freezing of an account is an action entailing serious consequences creating hardships for an individual and also affects the financials of an individual. 6.
For the said reasons and taking Mr. Singh's, learned counsel for the respondent No.5, statement on record, it is directed that the respondent No.5 shall maintain the lien on Rs. 9,000/- and subject to the lien, the petitioner's account being Account No. 50100628558852 shall be permitted to be operated by the petitioner expeditiously and in any case not later than 1 week from today. 7.
As regards Rs. 9,000/- is concerned, the petitioner is at liberty to take action as per the Standard Operating Procedure ("SOP"). 8.
The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms, along with pending applications, if any.
