This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers :- "(a) quash the decision letter dated 30.09.2025 issued by the PCI, whereby it has rejected the Petitioner's Application seeking approval to the D. Pharm and B. Pharm courses; and (b) consequently, direct the Respondent, to restore the Petitioner's Application and process the same for grant of approval to Petitioner for running the D. terms of the scheduled fixed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide its Order dated 08.09.2025; and/or..."

For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 3.

Mr. Manish, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied if his appeal dated 30.09.2025 is decided in accordance with extant rules and regulations of the respondent. 4.

Mr. Yatharth, counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and states that the same will be done.

In this view, the petition is disposed of directing the respondent to hear the petitioner and dispose of the appeal dated 30.09.2025, expeditiously and not later than 4 weeks from today. 6.

In case, there is any deficiency, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner in writing and the petitioner will be given an opportunity to rectify the same before passing of the order.
