% 23.05.2016 Present petitioner has been filed by the petitioner under Section 226 and 227 of Constitution of India seeking production of his daughter Parveen, who is missing since 04.09.2015.
Ms. Parveen has been produced in Court today. Parveen and Rinku submit that their marriage was solemnized in December, 2015. Parveen is stated to be on family way. Rinku and his Chacha (uncle) are present in Court. Rinku submits that he shall remain fully responsible for the well being of Parveen i.e. his wife and his family members have also accepted their marriage. He has no objection if Parveen continues to maintain relations with her family member and talks to them on phone and meets them.
Parveen submits that she is not willing to join the company of her parents. As per school certificate, Parveen is major.
At this stage in view of the statement made by Parveen, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner who is present in court does not wish to press the present petition.
