By way of present petition, the petitioners/tenants have assailed the order dated 17.08.2024 passed by Ld. ARC-02 (Central), Tis Hazari Court, Delhi in RC ARC No. 80026/2016 whereby their application seeking leave to defend in the context of Shop No. 2198/X, Bazar, Turkman Gate, Delhi - 110006 was dismissed.

Pertinently, the petition was taken up for consideration on 10.03.2025 when after hearing the submissions, the Predecessor Bench of this Court noted the petitioners' prayer for grant of one year time to vacate the tenanted premises, and notice was directed to be issued to the respondent on the aforementioned aspect.

Today, ld. Counsel for the respondents, on instructions from the respondents (respondent No.1 being physically present in Court), states that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the answering respondents have no objection to the petitioners' request. 3.
Though, on the last date of hearing, the parties were directed to remain present in Court however, petitioners have chosen not to appear. Malik, Ld. Counsel for the petitioners submits that he has no instructions from the petitioners.

The petitioners shall remain bound by the statement made by them on the last date of hearing. Accordingly, present petition is disposed of in the above terms.
