% 03.02.2017 Mr. Pahwa submits that since the learned Presiding Judge has been changed, he, therefore, does not press this petition. The Director of Prosecution, CBI has appeared before the court and this court has made know to him the concerns that the proceedings in the present case had thrown up with regard to the manner in which the prosecution of the case was apparently undertaken. He has assured the court that the prosecutors of the CBI shall always act in accordance with law, so that the procedural infirmities as well as breach of principles of natural
justice do not occur in trials involving the CBI. Dismissed as withdrawn.
