The present petition was filed by the Petitioner-Iboss Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter, 'the Act'), for appointment of sole Arbitrator. The disputes between the parties arose out of an Agreement which was entered on 14th August, 2008 between one M/s Novoally Software Development Pvt. Ltd. and the Respondent-Metro Tyres Ltd. As per the agreement, M/s Novoally Software Development Pvt. Ltd. had agreed to provide various IT services including installation of ERP Systems, training, etc to Metro Tyres Limited. However, it was stated there were various unpaid outstanding invoices. 3.

Mr. Bhardwaj, ld. Counsel for the Petitioner, today, submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition as the disputes between the parties have been settled.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the settlement.
