The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of Anticipatory Bail in E-FIR No.031728/2023 u/s 379 IPC registered at PS. Krishna Nagar.

Learned APP for the State submits that the charge-sheet has already been filed in the present case.

The matter in brief is that the complainant Jahid Khan lodged a complaint/E-FIR No.031728/2023 wherein he stated that vehicle bearing Registration no. DL1LV-2625 which was loaded with 2 tons 28 kg of scrap copper wire was stolen on 12.10.2023. On the basis of CCTV footage co-accused Anwar was arrested and stolen vehicle was recovered at his instance. another accused Saddam was arrested. In the disclosure statement of Saddam, the name of the present petitioner appears. 4.

The status report states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and charge sheet has also been filed. The petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction to learned Trial Court subject to the following conditions:- a) the petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer of the case as and when required; b) the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case;

c) the petitioner shall provide his/her mobile number(s) to the Investigating Officer and keep it operational at all times; d) In case of change of residential address and/or mobile number, the petitioner shall intimate the same to the Investigating Officer/Court concerned by way of an affidavit. 5.

The bail application stands disposed of.
