By way of present application filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No. 610/2023 registered under Section 20/29/61/85 NDPS Act at P.S. Sarita Vihar, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that in compliance of the order dated 09.04.2024, applicant has joined the investigation on 15.04.2024.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions, states that applicant is also involved in FIR No. 39/2016 registered under Sections 20/29 of the NDPS Act at P.S. Special Cell and FIR No. 923/2023 registered under Sections 20(b)/29 of the NDPS Act at P.S. Okhla Industrial Area of similar nature. He, on further instructions, states that applicant is also involved in two other FIRs i.e. FIR No. 78/2016 registered under Sections 323/353/188/34 IPC at P.S. N.F.
