% 27.03.2025 CRL.M.A. 9403/2025 (seeking modification of condition no. (i) in the order passed in Bail Application No. 888/2024) 1.

On 2nd December, 2024, this Court granted regular bail to the Applicant subject to certain conditions. Condition (i) prohibited the Applicant from leaving the National Capital Region without the permission of the concerned court. Through this application, the Applicant seeks modification of aforenoted condition 2.

It is pointed out that the Applicant is a resident of Village Badaun, Uttar Pradesh and therefore it will not be possible him to comply with the said condition. Nonetheless, the Applicant assures that he shall continue to appear before the Trial Court.
