W.P.(C) 1969/2019 & CM APPL. 9170/2019 (Stay) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is apprehending his land to be encroached by the respondent Nos. 2 to 4. He further submits that the land mentioned in the petition has already been demarcated and boundary wall has been erected by the forest department. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4, on instructions, submits that he has got no objection if the land in question is re-demarcated provided that the petitioner approaches the respondent Nos.2.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition and prays that the present petition be disposed of with directions to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to demarcate the Khasra No. 1670 (1-03), 1311 (3-12), 1672 (2-17), 1875/1310 (2-02), 1308 (1-10), 1875/1310 (3-0), 1316 min (8-16) at village Asola, New Delhi within four months.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the directions to the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to give proper demarcation, as prayed by the petitioner and if the petitioner is aggrieved, he may take appropriate recourse as per law.

The present petition is disposed of accordingly. All pending application(s) (if any) also stand disposed of. Dasti.
