Learned counsels for the parties, on instructions, submit that the parties have been able to reach an amicable settlement vide Settlement Agreement dated 19.09.2024 arrived at before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. They, on further instructions, submit that the parties shall abide by the terms of the settlement. 2.

Considering the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is disposed of alongwith pending applications.
