Mr. Sunil Verma accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent says that he does not wish to file a reply as he does not oppose the prayer made in the petition. 5.

The record shows that the Arbitral Tribunal was constituted vide order dated 02.02.2017 passed by this Court.

The record also shows that on 05.03.2018 with the consent of parties the Arbitral Tribunal extended the time frame by six months beyond the statutory period of 12 months.

Evidently, parties have approached this Court for further extension of time which was granted on 24.09.2018.

The extension granted by this Court is coming to an end on 03.03.2019.

Counsel for the parties inform me that the matter is at the stage of final arguments.

Having regard to the time and money invested by the parties, I am inclined to grant further extension.

11.

Accordingly, as prayed, time for concluding arbitration proceedings and rendering the award is extended by a further period of two months commencing from 03.03.2019.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. RAJIV SHAKDHER, J.
