% 07.10.2024 CM(M) 458/2019 1.

CM(M) 458/2019 has been filed by Sh. Subhash Dua who had filed his objections in Probate Petition No. 5875/2016. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/objector informs that since the probate petition as such has been withdrawn by the respondent on 12.04.2024, the present petition has become infructuous.

3.

In view of the above statement, the present petition i.e. CM(M) 458/2019 is disposed of as having become infructuous. CM(M) 348/2019 4.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner in CM(M) 348/2019. Though the above-said petition has been filed by one other objector, who had also filed her objection in the same probate petition, fact remains that since the main probate petition has already been withdrawn, there is no point in continuing with the present petition either and, therefore, CM(M) 348/2019 is also dismissed in view of aforesaid.
