By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C), the petitioner inter alia seeks a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent nos.1 to 4 to revoke the Look Out Circular (LOC).

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

As such, the present petition alongwith the pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
