CM. APPL.44021/2018 This is an application filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 seeking rectification/modification of order dated 08.09.2018, passed by learned Presiding Officer, National Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the claimant has submitted that as per order dated 23.01.2018, passed by this Court, the appellant has already deposited the entire awarded amount along with interest with the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal and not with the Registrar General. He further submits that due to inadvertence, in para No.3 of order dated 08.09.2018, Registrar General has been directed to release the amount instead of Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Rohini, Delhi.

Counsel for the insurance company has got no objection, if the said correction is carried out.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the application, the present application is allowed.

The order dated 08.09.2018 is modified to the extent that the word 'Registrar General' typed in para No.3 be read as 'Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Rohini, Delhi.'

The application is disposed of accordingly.

Copy of this order be given dasti.
