% 13.02.2020 CM APPL.48591/2019 The SDM has now passed an order dated 23.01.2020 stating that mutation has already been carried out and cannot be cancelled by way of administrative decision. It is further stated that the aggrieved party may avail the legal remedy available in the DLR Act, 1954 by filing appeal against the impugned order.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the remedy of the petitioner is to file an appeal before the Deputy Commissioner/Additional Collector under Section 64(i) of the Delhi Land Revenue Act, 1954.

Let this present writ petition be treated as an appeal by the concerned authority under Section 64(i) of the Delhi Land Revenue Act.

A copy of this Appeal will be deposited by the petitioner accordingly with the concerned Deputy Commissioner/District Magistrate.

Deputy Commissioner/District Magistrate will dispose the appeal as expeditiously within eight weeks from today. The application stands disposed of.
