% 29.11.2016 The suit has been listed by the Registry today for transfer to the District Courts, as the value of the suit for the purpose of pecuniary jurisdiction is less than Rs. 1 crore .

As per para 26 of the plaint, part of cause of action arose at Delhi at the office of the plaintiff which is situated at Rajendra Place, New Delhi, which falls within the jurisdiction of Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi.

In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 22nd December, 2016 for further directions.
