During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that the suspension order assailed in the present petition has been revoked by the said respondent.

Consequently, Incident No.1686070, impugned in the present writ petition has been closed. An extract of the updation in the incident report has been handed over during the course of hearing. The same inter-alia states as under:
