2. It is pointed out by the counsel for the Petitioner that both the claimed amount and the awarded amount is less than Rs. 1 crore.

3. In that view of the matter, the petition is transferred to the Court of District Judge, Saket Court (South). List before the said Court on 10th February 2017.
