% 14.02.2020 This petition has been filed seeking transfer of LAC No.126/2016 titled, Om Prakash & Ors. vs. Union of India & Anr., from the Court of the learned Additional District Judge-02, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi to the Court of Ms.Shally Arora, learned Additional District Judge01, South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi. The ground for seeking transfer is that the property is situated within the jurisdiction of the Transferee Court.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the LAC No.126/2016 is transferred from the Court of the learned Additional District Judge-02, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi to the Court of Ms.Shally Arora, learned Additional District Judge-01, South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi, to be listed before the Transferee Court on 13th March, 2020.
