By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks setting aside of order dated 15.03.2023 passed by the learned ASJ (FTSC) (RC), South West District, Dwarka Court in CR No.18/2019 titled "Vivek Bhalla & Anr. vs Dr. Manish Kumar & Anr.", whereby the order dated 02.01.2019 passed by SDM, Dwarka, New Delhi in the proceedings arising out of Section 145 Cr.P.C, was set aside. 2.
Learned counsel for the parties state that civil proceedings in the nature of suit for injunction and suit for possession are pending between them.

Considering that the issue of possession is pending before the civil court and in view of the fact that status quo orders have been passed and further that the possession is with the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed.
