Ms. Pooja S. Kalra, Advocate for MCD, points out to the Status Report filed on September 2024. As per which, facts relating to substantial demolition action have been placed on record along with the photographs. 2.

She states that the vacation notice for the occupiers of the property was given to SHO, Vijay Vihar under Section 349 of The Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 on 18th February 2025.

The 4th floor was also sealed on the same date, and she states on instructions that they will follow up on this issue and undertake to complete the process within the next eight weeks.

A copy of the order be also given to SHO, Vijay Vihar in order that directions of this Court are complied with. Petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to reagitate, if there is any, continued infraction.
