The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following reliefs:

"a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the Respondents, particularly Respondent no. 2 & 3, to allow the Petitioner to submit his FMGE application and appear in the FMGE examination pending the issuance of her NEET (UG) 2019 score card and Eligibility Certificate, and/or;

b) Direct Respondent No. 1 (NTA) to expedite the issuance of the NEET (UG) 2019 score card to the Petitioner within a reasonable time frame, and/or;

c) Direct Respondent No. 2 (NMC) to issue a provisional Eligibility Certificate to the Petitioner, enabling him to sit for the FMGE, pending the submission of the NEET score card, and/or;

d) Grant interim relief allowing the Petitioner to appear for the FMGE, subject to the condition that his result may be withheld until the completion of the Eligibility Certificate requirements or any other conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit."

The grievance articulated by the petitioner in the present petition is that petitioner has completed his MBBS from a foreign university and therefore, as required, he has to undertake an examination called FMGE which is conducted by respondent no.3. He submits that the FMGE application process requires the submission of NEET (UG) score card as a mandatory document as outlined in the information bulletin issued by the respondent no.3 for the FMGE January, 2025 session. 3.

He submits that since the petitioner had lost the score card, therefore, the present petition was filed seeking a direction to the respondents to provide the score card to the petitioner. He submits that respondent no.1 has filed an affidavit and in Para 16 thereof, the particulars of the petitioner's application as well as other details are mentioned which suffice the requirement of FMGE application.

In view of the above, respondent no.3 is directed to treat the details given in Para 16 of the affidavit filed by the respondent no.1 as score card of NEET (UG)-2019 Examination and the requirement on part of the petitioner to furnish score card in the application is dispensed with. 5.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. Consequently, the pending application also stands disposed of.
