W.P.(C) 1971/2019 & C.M. No. 9171/2019, C.M. No. 9173/2019 The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition to assail the order dated 31.05.2018 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (Tribunal) in OA No.4122/2013 whereby, the Tribunal has allowed the said Original Application preferred by the respondent-applicant. We may note that the impugned order is a common order passed in OA Nos.4122/2013 and 4123/2013. The Tribunal has allowed the said Original Applications by placing reliance on its decision in Ravindra U. Garkal vs. Union of India & Another, OA No.4121/2013 decided on 25.07.2017. The said decision in

Ravindra U. Garkal (supra) was assailed by Union of India before this Court in W.P.(C) 1308/2019, which was dismissed by this Court on 08.02.2019. The present case is completely covered by the said decision. Accordingly, for the reasons recorded in order passed in W.P.(C) 1308/2019 decided on 08.02.2019, the present petition is dismissed.
