Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled their disputes consequent thereto respondents have sold the tenanted premises to the petitioner by way of a registered sale deed. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondents confirms that the respondents have sold the tenanted premises to the petitioner. Accordingly, learned counsel for the Respondent submits that Respondent does not want to pursue the eviction petition. 3.
In view of the above, the impugned orders dated 12.02.2018 and 13.12.2018 respectively are set aside. The Petitions are disposed of in the above terms.
