The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking parole for a period of two months in order to attend the marriage of his sister. 2.
The petitioner was convicted of the offence under Sections 392/120-B of the IPC and Sections 397/120-B of the IPC and was sentenced to serve rigorous imprisonment of seven years.

It is seen that the petitioner has already undergone actual custody of three years, six months and twenty-three days as on 19.02.2020 and during the said period, has earned remission of one year and twenty-six days. The petitioner is required to undergo further imprisonment for a period of two years, four months and eleven days. His conduct in the jail has been satisfactory. It is seen that the petitioner had been released on interim bail on two prior occasions and there is no allegation that he had misused the said liberty.

The status report has been filed wherein the fact that the marriage of
the petitioner's sister is scheduled on 07.03.2020 has been verified. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. 5.
The petitioner shall be released on parole for a period of two weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹20,000/- with two sureties of the equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent. The petitioner shall, on being released, proceed directly to his residence at village Dasna, Ghaziabad and shall not go anywhere else. He shall, on returning back to Delhi, immediately surrender before the jail authorities. He shall also provide his mobile number to the Jail Superintendent and ensure that he is reachable at all times. In addition, he shall mark his presence at the concerned police station at village Dasna, Ghaziabad, U.P. on reaching his village. 6.
