Vide order dated 22.02.2016 passed by the Joint Registrar (Judicial) this matter was transferred to the New Delhi District in view of Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015. Now, vide order dated 28.02.2018, the matter has been returned by the Court of learned Additional District Judge-05, New Delhi District on the ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction. In the said order the submission of counsel of plaintiff has been recorded in the presence of counsel for DDA that only South-East District, Saket Courts has jurisdiction to the present suit.

Consequently, registry to transmit the records of this suit to the Court of the learned District and Sessions Judge, South-East District, Saket Courts for 10th April, 2018. Parties are directed to appear before the said court at 2:00 p.m.
