By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus or Certiorari, directing the respondent to release the petitioner on parole for a period of four weeks, for re-establishing social and family ties in case FIR bearing no. 293/2011, registered at Police Station Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi for the offences punishable under Sections 302/324 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC'). 4.
