The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers: "i) To quash the show cause notice dated 04.03.2025 issued under contempt of courts act 1971 by Mr. Gaurav Goyal (hereinafter the respondent no. 3), JMFC-06(Central), Tis Hazari Courts in FIR No. 188/2019 and FIR No. 189/2019 P.S. Civil Lines., along with any consequent proceedings emanating therefrom.

ii) Any other or further direction/order which your Lordships may deem fit and proper may also be passed in the facts and circumstances of the matter, in the interest of justice." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take all the grounds taken herein at the time of filing a reply and hearing to the Show-Cause Notice. 4.
