This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) Quash the Order dated 14.09.2023 passed by the Court of Shri Lokesh Kumar Sharma, Ld. Additional Sessions Judge (FTC)-02, Saket Courts, Delhi in Bail Matter No.2840/2023 titled as "State versus. Jaspal, emanating from FIR No.318/2022 lodged at PS. Kalindi Kunj, Delhi under Section 420/467/468/471/506/34 IPC for cancellation of Bail granted by the Ld. Sessions Court, therein and for issuance of further necessary actions, in the interest of justice.

(ii) pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies and seek cancellation of bail before the Sessions Court, which has granted the bail. 5.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in accordance with law making it clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
