Brief facts of the present case are that on 15.12.2013 at about 06:40 PM, when the complainant was going in the park, the petitioner followed her and pulled her hair. It is further alleged whenever the complainant met the petitioner, he used filthy language and molested her. On the complaint of respondent no. 2, the present FIR was registered. It is further stated that on 20.01.2014 the petitioner also filed a complaint against respondent No. 2 which is pending in the Court of learned MM, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi. 5.
It is stated that during the pendency of the cases, both the parties being neighbours have amicably settled all their disputes and they do not wish to pursue the matter.
6.
The petitioner states that, he will also withdraw the complaint case No. 2252/2016, which is pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, which was filed by him against respondent no. 2.

It is also stated by respondent no.2 that the entire dispute has been amicably settled between the parties.
8.
Today, the complainant who is present in Court states that she has no objection, if the FIR is quashed.
