% 16.03.2020 CRL.M.A.No.5550/2020 This application is moved for correction in the name of petitioner's father in the memo of parties.

It is stated memo of parties show the name of the father of petitioner as Raghubir in place Babu Lal. Learned APP also confirms the same.

In the circumstances, necessary corrections be made in the memo of parties in the name of father of petitioner herein and Raghubir be read as Babu Lal.

In view of above the application stands disposed of. Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through the Jail Superintendent. Copy of this order be given dasti under signature of the Court Master.
