This is an Application filed on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 to 5 seeking correction of a typographical error in paragraph 8.1(iii) of the order dated 08.08.2023.

Issue Notice.

2.1 Learned Counsel for the Petitioners accepts Notice and submits that he does not wish to file a Reply.

Accordingly, paragraph 8.1(iii) of the order dated 08.08.2023 shall be corrected to read as follows:

"(iii) The use and occupation charges, for the period from 01.04.2022 to 31.08.2023 shall be paid by the Petitioners/tenants at the rate of Rs. 20,000/- per month;"

The Application is disposed of accordingly.

of the changed order dated 08.08.2023, the Petitioners may be permitted additional time to pay the deficient amount. Learned Counsel for the Respondent has no objection to the same.

Accordingly, the balance amount shall be paid by the Petitioners within a period of 10 weeks from today.
