The learned counsel for the petitioner states that for non-appearance of the complainant before the learned Trial Court, the main petition pending before the learned Trial Court has been dismissed for non-prosecution on 10.09.2025. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh in case the complaint is restored by the learned Trial Court. 2.

Accordingly, the present petition, along with pending application, stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. 3.
