Learned counsel for the parties inform that the parties have arrived at a settlement vide Settlement Agreement dated 19.02.2024, and in pursuance thereof, civil suit being CS(OS) 104/2021 pending before this Court, has been decreed in terms of the settlement. They further inform that some monetary obligations are yet to be performed. 2.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate petition. 3.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted. The petition along with pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn.
