The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "(a) this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash the complaint and other proceedings held and orders passed against the petitioner in Case No. SC/225/17 titled "NCB Vs. Ikechukwu Chukwubuikem Stanley & Ors." U/s 21, 23 and 29 ofNDPS Act, in the interest of justice.
(b) pass any other/further order(s) in favour of the petitioner as deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the case."
